How it works

From the first call to your first load

Everything is remote. No flight, no hotel, no week of your life spent in someone's orientation room. Most operators are seated in two to three days.

  1. Quick start form

    Three questions. Do you own a tractor, your name, your mobile number.

  2. Call with Tina — same day

    The pay, the deductions, the lanes out of your home state, and what the last few weeks actually grossed. Ask for the lease agreement on this call and we will email it.

  3. Application and documents

    The DOT application required by 49 CFR 391.21 runs in our system with e-signature. We pull your MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse query with your written authorization.

  4. Drug test

    Scheduled at a collection site near you, paid by us.

  5. Online orientation, then you sign

    Roughly two hours, from your truck or your kitchen table. You sign the lease after you have read it, not before.

  6. ELD and PrePass ship, dispatch plans load one

    Trailer assigned if you are renting ours.

Already have your own authority? Plenty of operators lease on while their MC sits inactive, or after insurance and broker credit made running it alone not worth it. You do not have to revoke anything to lease on with us — but you cannot haul on both at once on the same truck.
