Most carriers publish a percentage and leave you to guess what it buys. Here is the whole list.
Freight and dispatch
Regional and OTR dry van loads booked against our authority and our broker credit. A dispatcher you can reach by phone, not a ticket queue. You see the rate confirmation before you accept.
Money in and money out
Invoicing, paperwork to the broker, collections, and the chase when a broker pays late. We carry the credit risk on the load — your settlement does not wait on the customer paying us.
Authority and compliance
Operating authority, insurance filings, IFTA, UCR, BOC-3, ELD and PrePass, driver qualification file, drug and alcohol program, and the Clearinghouse queries. None of it is your paperwork anymore.
Why the rate confirmation matters. Under 49 CFR 376.12(g) an owner-operator paid a percentage is entitled to see the rated freight bill for the load. Most carriers wait to be asked. We send it before you roll, so the 86% is something you can check rather than something you have to trust.
Published, to the dollar
These are all of them. There is no fuel-card markup, no per-load fee, no charge for the ELD or PrePass, and no charge for orientation.

The escrow is a reserve against chargebacks and claims on your account, nothing else, and it is accounted for on your settlements. It stops at $2,500 — week 11 onward you see $650, not $900. Full pay page →
Regional and OTR, dry van only
One trailer type, so there is nothing to learn and nothing to tarp. We run regional lanes for operators who want to be home more often, and over-the-road for operators who want the miles.

The things operators ask first
Is the 86% of linehaul or of the whole invoice?
86% of the gross on the rate confirmation — linehaul and fuel surcharge together. On top of that, detention, layover, TONU, stop-off pay and lumper reimbursement come to you at 100%, with no split taken.
Do I have to rent your trailer?
No. Renting is an option at $200 a week with maintenance and tires included. If you have your own 53' dry van, run it and that line disappears from your settlement.
When do I get paid, and does it depend on the broker paying you?
Every Friday by direct deposit, on paperwork received. Your settlement is not contingent on us collecting from the customer — that is our risk, and under 49 CFR 376.12(f) it cannot be yours.
Can I turn down a load?
Yes, and it does not affect what you are offered next. You are an independent contractor; if we could force you to take freight you would not be one.
How long have you been running?

Application and documents
